UPDATE: 365 Days of Health and Wellness

Dear all,

I wanted to let you know that after some thinking, I have decided it will be best if I decrease my blog entries from once per day to once per week. With more and more on my plate, I think this would be for the best. I WILL continue to do my daily post on my Hello, Confidence! Instagram page, so tune in there to see my daily thoughts if that interests you.

Going forward on my blog, I plan to post on Sundays. Each post will include the week’s goals, how well I achieved the goals, and then the upcoming week’s goals. And don’t worry, I will also include all seven selfies.

Thank you for understanding and following along on my journey toward a more able, confident, happier me!!!
