Got my hair cut again today. We are thinking that this winter it will get long enough that it will start looking more like a short, feminine haircut vs a pixie. Though I do receive lots of compliments on my pixie cut, which I really really appreciate.
HAIR: 7.5 months post-chemo! Grow grow grow!
GOALS:
Nutrition: Focus on nutrient-dense food. This is going to be my goal for the next few weeks. I want to make sure I’m doing all I can to nourish my body.
Exercise: Go to the gym
Mental: Organize and clean our house to make it a more calming space. Of course as soon as I turn around, two very small people throw stuff everywhere so perhaps it’s pointless, but I shall try…
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Nutrition: Did great here. Though I don’t think I had any fruit today. I always forget about fruit.
Exercise: 35 minutes on the elliptical (15 were sprint intervals)
Mental: Got a little behind because I decided to go to Costco (the magical land of everything), but I got enough done that it definitely feels calmer and more peaceful in our home.
