HAIR: 7.5 months post-chemo! Grow grow grow!
GOALS:
Nutrition: Drink water consistently throughout day — aka carry around a water bottle.
Exercise: Cardio
Mental: Get out and about by myself to do something I want to do.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Nutrition: Mmmmm…why is this so hard? Any suggestions?
Exercise: 35 minutes on the stationary bike plus 10 minutes of stretching
Mental: I went grocery shopping. Does that count?
