Nutrition: Keep it moderate and drink lots of water.
Exercise: Gym – full-body strength
Mental: Don’t let the worries get me.
Nutrition: Could have had more water, but made fairly good food decisions.
Exercise: Didn’t get to the gym, but did do a 30 minute strength circuit at home.
Mental: Super nervous about tomorrow’s scan.
