Tomorrow is my 4-year wedding anniversary. But I got to celebrate tonight (thanks to my parents for babysitting!). I also got back on the goal train and feel much better about myself. All-a-board for the goal train! Choo choo!!!!
HAIR: 7 months post-chemo! Looking like a purposeful short haircut.
Nutrition: Find ways to eliminate unnecessary calories.
Exercise: Cardio and if I have time, lower body strength. But no guilt if only cardio.
Mental: Better listener.
Nutrition: Burger? Hold the bun! Side of fries? Make it a salad. Salad dressing? On the side!
Exercise: 15 minutes walking until I got poured on. Ok, I danced a little bit in the rain. But then I begrudgingly went in. I followed it up with 30 minutes on the recumbent bike.
Mental: I think I did better.
