HAIR: 7 months post-chemo! Looking like a purposeful short haircut.
GOALS:
Nutrition: No unnecessary snacking.
Exercise: Upperbody workout.
Mental: Keep it positive and do breathing exercises.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Nutrition: Nailed it!
Exercise: Check! I did a little bit of upper and 40 very light minutes on a recumbent cardio machine. It was too buggy to walk outside. But this really helped me feel better.
Mental: Check check!!
