On day 68 of 365-DHW, I wanted to start spreading the word that I’ll be doing a @bcrfcure Insta takeover on October 13th! October is breast cancer awareness month, and I could not be more excited to share my story (even though it’s kind of a downer sometimes) with everyone to help raise awareness for the importance of breast cancer research. 💕
HAIR: 7 months post-chemo! Looking like a purposeful short haircut.
GOALS:
Nutrition: Make the best decisions possible even though all meals will be out and about.
Exercise: Day off
Mental: Keep it positive and do breathing exercises.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Nutrition: Great choices made at breakfast. Decent at lunch and dinner.
Exercise: None
Mental: Success!
