A few belated catchup posts coming your way:
HAIR: 7 months post-chemo! Looking like a purposeful short haircut.
GOALS:
Nutrition: Healthy, hearty, fiber-rich breakfast.
Exercise: Cardio and upper body workout.
Mental: Deep breathing exercise.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Nutrition: Made my F-Factor parfait.
Exercise: Did an at home workout which was better than nothing.
Mental: I realized I don’t breathe deeply when I drive. So I have been practicing my deep breathing exercises then. It’s good because it’s a good use of time since you’re not doing anything else, and it apparently is a time when I am not doing a good job of breathing normally, let alone deep breathing.
