Day 66 of 365 Days of Health and Wellness

I had the BEST day! Truly. 🙂

HAIR: 7 months post-chemo! Looking like a purposeful short haircut.

Nutrition: Make good decisions at night at our mom’s night out event.
Exercise: Lower body and cardio.
Mental: Deep breathing.

Nutrition: I scoured the menu and tried to make the best decisions possible. Everything was intensely fat and calorie laden so I settled for only eating a little bit — moderation.
Exercise: Great lower body gym session followed by a 35 minute walk on the treadmill.
Mental: 5 minutes
