HAIR: 7 months post-chemo! Looking like a purposeful short haircut.
Nutrition: Make good decisions at night.
Exercise: Cardio and upper body workout.
Mental: Deep breathing.
Nutrition: We did end up getting Chipotle, but I got a bowl like I usually do and only ate half. It was delicious, by the way.
Exercise: Did a stay-at-home workout again, stationary bike mixed with upper body strength training.
Mental: 5-minutes of deep breathing.
