HAIR: 7 months post-chemo! Looking like a purposeful short haircut.
GOALS:
Nutrition: Good decisions at night.
Exercise: Cardio
Mental: Deep breathing exercises
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Nutrition: Did pretty dang well.
Exercise: To be honest, I can’t remember. I think I biked. Oh yeah, I did the stationary bike in our basement for 35 minutes.
Mental: Trying to make this a 5-minute per day habit and so far it’s working.
