HAIR: 7 months post-chemo! Looking like a purposeful short haircut.
Nutrition: Good decisions after 5pm.
Exercise: Full-body strength.
Mental: Work on my own projects (rather than stuff for everyone else).
Nutrition: Didn’t love my decisions. I think I need some ideas here. Will ask for specific ideas on next post.
Exercise: Great 35 minute strength circuit.
Mental: Nope. I need to do this so I feel like I am putting myself first now and then, so it’s my new mental goal for the next week.
