HAIR: 6.5 months post-chemo! Looking like a purposeful short haircut. Pretty easy to manage after my last haircut. Getting lots of compliments even though it’s not my favorite thing.
GOALS:
Nutrition: No dessert.
Exercise: Full body strength.
Mental: 5 min meditation.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Nutrition: I ate about 20 candy corn. Does that count? That’s it though.
Exercise: 35 min full-body circuit. Was really good!
Mental: About to complete before going to sleep. I think it will help me fall asleep.
