A typical Monday after guests are in town…laundry, grocery store, cleaning…
HAIR: 6.5 months post-chemo! Looking like a purposeful short haircut. Pretty easy to manage after my last haircut. Getting lots of compliments even though it’s not my favorite thing.
GOALS:
Nutrition: Get back on track after a highly caloric weekend.
Exercise: Full-body strength workout.
Mental: Meditate 5 minutes.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Nutrition: Ate a little too much for dinner (calorically I think), but otherwise much better. Always hard to 180 after differing habits for a few days.
Exercise: Too tired. Delayed until tomorrow. Did some deep tissue stretching though.
Mental: 2 minutes of meditation. Helped me relax and fall asleep (was struggling because my mind was too chatty).
