Day 55 of 365 Days of Health and Wellness

Belated post number two:

HAIR: 6.5 months post-chemo! Looking like a purposeful short haircut. Pretty easy to manage after my last haircut. Getting lots of compliments even though it’s not my favorite thing.

GOALS:
Nutrition: FRUITS AND VEGGIES!
Exercise: Park walk with Annie.
Mental: Stay positive!

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Nutrition: Didn’t start off great in this department but ended the day on a high note with veggies, fruit, and cheese for dinner.
Exercise: Had a lovely fall weather park walk with Annie and my little girl AND logged 12,000 steps.
Mental: Another great day! I think more friends should come visit us! 😉
