HAIR: 6 months post-chemo! Short, dark, but getting some body to it. I like my new cut a lot!
GOALS:
Nutrition: Eat well during the day because I’m going to a baseball game for dinner.
Exercise: Cardio
Mental: Stay positive and prioritize quiet me time.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Nutrition: Did really well. I’m a fan of the chicken and kale salad at Trader Joe’s. Now time to eat ballpark food….
Exercise: Going to a baseball game tonight and decided that since I have already logged 6,500 steps, it would be overkill to do cardio. I will be doing a lot of walking and sitting in uncomfortable chairs. But don’t you worry, I’m bringing my awesome lumbar support so I can rock the stadium seating in style.
Mental: Very positive. With guests coming, couldn’t quite get in the quiet me time I wanted, but seeing my friends is worth it!
