HAIR: 6 months post-chemo! Short, dark, but getting some body to it.
GOALS:
Nutrition: Eat more fruit and veggies
Exercise: Strength day at the gym
Mental: Positive. Positive. Positive.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Nutrition: Did well. Even had a really terrible tasting green juice from Trader Joe’s.
Exercise: Great full body lift at the gym.
Mental: Only one big negative moment at the gym, but turned it around. And I am making friends, finally. So that should be a big help in the future.
