Got my haircut today!!! Nothing off the top, only the sides and back. That’s how it works when you are growing it out so you avoid getting a mullet.
HAIR: 6 months post-chemo! Short, dark, but getting some body to it.
Nutrition: Good decisions 5-9pm.
Exercise: Cardio at the gym.
Mental: Positive city!
Nutrition: Did really well here.
Exercise: 8am workout, 40 minutes elliptical including 20 of intervals, then went to PT where I stretched.
