HAIR: 6 months post-chemo! Short, dark, but getting some body to it.
Nutrition: Good decisions 5pm and on.
Exercise: Gym full-body strength
Mental: Positively positive.
Nutrition: Still not 100% there but getting closer. Made a really good chili from scratch that was super healthy and oh so good. My husband had three bowls so that was a win. Gonna perfect the recipe and then will share it!
Exercise: 45 minute HIIT workout plus 20 min on the elliptical, feeling strong!!
