Nutrition: Most nutritious choice possible.
Exercise: Cardio at gym.
Mental: Do things that make me feel powerful!
Exercise: Great cardio time and then non-stop moving the rest of the day which I am feeling right about now. I’m just not going to move for the next ten hours, thank you.
Mental: So powerful! I got so much done today which is great because I have treatment tomorrow and can’t get anything done.
