Day 40 was long and all about getting stuff done (except getting this post out on time apparently). While we checked off a lot of boxes, I didn’t end my day feeling that great, “I’m powerful” feeling. So I am going to make my mental goal for the next two weeks all about doing things that make me feel powerful! What makes you feel powerful?
HAIR: 6 months post-chemo! Short, dark, but getting some body to it.
GOALS:
Nutrition: Most nutritious choice available.
Exercise: Upper body strength training
Mental: Me time
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Nutrition: Did great until about 7pm when I think I ate too much. It was a long day and sometimes when you relax, finally, you stop paying attention as much as you have the whole day. I will work on this mindfulness.
Exercise: Mediocre upper body workout but at least I did one!
Mental: Got some me time so that was a plus.
