TGIF!!!!
HAIR: 6 months post-chemo! Short, dark, but getting some body to it.
GOALS:
Nutrition: Make choices based on nutritional value.
Exercise: Cardio
Mental: ME TIME!
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Nutrition: I made awesome choices except for the five day old biscuit I ate for no good reason. Otherwise, I did really well.
Exercise: 35 minutes of outside walking with 15 minutes of mailbox intervals included.
Mental: So much me stuff accomplished. I feel great!
