HAIR: 6 months post-chemo! Short, dark, but getting some body to it.
GOALS:
Nutrition: Don’t overeat on Labor Day.
Exercise: Cardio
Mental: Take ‘me time’ today.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Nutrition: I didn’t overeat, but I also did not eat as nutritiously as I would like. And I can tell, I feel heavy, slow, more lethargic. Not pleasant. So, my goal for the next two weeks (4-Sep through 19-Sep) is to focus on eating for nutrition density. Whatever I eat, it should be something to help me feel better, move better, sleep better. If it won’t help with those things, I’m not going to eat it.
Exercise: I did not workout.
Mental: I did get a little bit of me time and it was great.
