Going to kick some butt this weekend. Definitely have some fun stuff planned, but won’t let the “holiday” excuse interfere with my goals.
HAIR: 6 months post-chemo! Short, dark, but getting some body to it.
GOALS:
Nutrition: Light lunch because going to make spaghetti for dinner. Second goal is to not overeat at dinner. I will enjoy but keep the portion size appropriate.
Exercise: Cardio day at the gym. Will do strength tomorrow.
Mental: Me time. I have a ton planned and lots of stuff to do, but have really felt the effects the past few days of not prioritizing some me time. It is a must for mental health. Would LOVE to hear what you do for me time.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Nutrition: 👍🏻
Exercise: 45 minutes on the elliptical including intervals.
Mental: Didn’t get me time. ☹️ But, that goal is going to be official mental goal for the next week. This is going to be the week I get at least an hour of me time.
