Day 31 of 365 Days of Health and Wellness

Today was my very first day with both kids, alone, the whole entire day. And I crushed it. Took my son to school. Went to the gym and did a really good full-body HIIT workout AND cardio because they have free childcare and watched my daughter. And, I took them both to the grocery store. BIG. TIME. Anyone else have this exciting of a Thursday?

HAIR: 6 months post-chemo! Short, dark, but getting some body to it.

GOALS:
Nutrition: Eat a salad.
Exercise: Full-body workout and cardio at the gym.
Mental: Go to bed early. Still trying to get up to 8 hours for sleep.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Nutrition: Check.
Exercise: Check.
Mental: Check.
