Today is my 6 month “last day of chemo“ anniversary!!!!
HAIR: 6 months post-chemo! Short, dark, but getting some body to it.
GOALS:
Nutrition: Veggies and fruit
Exercise: Full-body workout
Mental: Deep breathing again
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Nutrition: Blueberries, lettuce, sage, tomatoes, zucchini, and apple.
Exercise: Had to multitask while cooking brunch, but did a 40 min HIIT workout in-home (even heated a bottle between intervals). Will post the workout details tomorrow on Instagram.
Mental: Such a relaxing thing, deep breathing. Love it!!
