Saturdays with two littles are always hectic, but I kept my goals in mind. This 365 day challenge is definitely helping me with that, which I really appreciate.
HAIR: 5.5 months post-chemo, short and dark, but getting longer and wilder
Nutrition: Have fruit and/or veggies at every meal.
Exercise: Cardio day
Mental: Do some deep breathing exercises before bed to unwind.
Nutrition: Blueberries, apple, broccoli, carrots, onions, and sweet potatoes.
Exercise: 50 minutes on the elliptical including intervals. 👍🏻👍🏻
Mental: Haven’t done this yet, but I will… don’t you worry. ✅
