Belated but here it is!
HAIR: 5.5 months post-chemo, short and dark, but getting longer and wilder
Nutrition: Incorporate spinach into lunch.
Exercise: Leg workout.
Mental: Be positive!
Nutrition: Cooked some spinach down and stirred into my lunch. Couldn’t even tell it was there.
Exercise: Our gym was closed but got a quick leg workout in before an impromptu date night! 👍🏻
Mental: I think I was very positive.
