HAIR: 5.5 months post-chemo, short and dark, but getting longer and wilder
Nutrition: Don’t order in an unhealthy dinner cause you’re tired.
Exercise: Full body workout.
Mental: Go to bed by 9:15pm.
Nutrition: Wanted Chinese food sooooooo badly but got a healthy salmon bowl for dinner instead.
Exercise: Didn’t get to do strength training, but did do a 3-mile walk with baby girl.
Mental: I have 40 minutes. I will do it. But first have to finish the first episode of A Handmaid’s Tale.
