Today I only had time for a short park walk in the morning before physical therapy, about 25 minutes. I honestly struggle with short workouts. I am well aware that any kind of exercise for any amount of time is good for you. Duh. But, if I have less than 35 minutes, the little voice inside my head tells me my workout won’t be long enough to count. So, I end up putting it off until I have more time to get a “full” workout in, which doesn’t always end up happening. Today, I decided to ignore that illogical, all-or-nothing voice inside my head, and I took my 25 minute walk in the park. It. Was. Great. I also took a second walk later in the day as well after lucking into a little extra free-time. Not quite the same as two-a-days during basketball preseason, but close. 😉
