
So. Tired. It was a travel day.
HAIR: 5.5 months post-chemo, short and dark
GOALS:
Nutrition: Drink lots of water!
Exercise: None since traveling requires a lot of body strain.
Mental: Go to bed before 9pm!!
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Nutrition: Drank a lot of water.
Exercise: No workout. Still managed 8,500 steps which does not take into account any steps I took while wheeling a stroller which was a lot of steps (one downside of my wrist Fitbit).
Mental: I have 8 minutes to reach this goal.
