
Sorry for the belated post. I have been traveling with two kids under 2.5 yrs old. Exactly. Here was yesterday’s rundown:
HAIR: 5.5 months post-chemo, short and dark
GOALS:
Nutrition: Healthiest meal choice and water.
Exercise: Gym workout.
Mental: Get enough sleep for our super early flight.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Nutrition: I did awesome until 5pm. Then I overdid it. I did drink a lot of water though…
Exercise: Snuck in 40 minutes on the elliptical!
Mental: Fitbit says I got 6 hours. I thought I got more.
