HAIR: 5.5 months post-chemo, short and dark
GOALS:
Nutrition: More water and nutritious choices.
Exercise: Workout!!!
Mental: Deep breathing for 5 minutes.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Nutrition: Need more water but great choices till about 8 pm where we had cake. I do not turn down cake. Ever. Just FYI.
Exercise: 30-minute leg workout plus 30 minutes of elliptical? Don’t mind if I do!!
Mental: Doing 5 minutes of breathing before bed.
