Today was nonstop. I’m so tired. Forgive me for being brief…
HAIR: 5.5 months post-chemo, short and dark
GOALS:
Nutrition: Water and most nutritious choice.
Exercise: Gym workout!
Mental: Don’t know.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Nutrition: Not enough water (will make sure to drink enough before bed) but all three meals were smart choices.
Exercise: 35 min of cardio (including 20 min of intervals) and an upper body workout.
Mental: Still don’t know.
