Day 16 of 365-DHW, out to dinner!!

Today was busy from the minute I opened my eyes. Ok, everyday is like that, but today it felt that way. Busy isn’t a bad thing. It depends on what you are busy with, and I was busy doing fun thing after fun thing with my family. And amazingly, I was able to stay aware throughout and keep my goals at the forefront of my mind despite all that was going on. So, take that, Wednesday!

HAIR: 5.5 months post-chemo, short and dark

Nutrition: Water and healthy meal choices.
Exercise: Go to the gym!!
Mental: Stay aware of my goals throughout the day.

Nutrition: Still working on building my water drinking habit. I don’t really ever feel thirsty, which is why it’s so hard. Just need to form it into a habit. And made nutritious choices all day with a little splurging at a fun get-together during the evening.
Exercise: Went to the gym at 2pm even though allllll I wanted to do was relax. 👍🏻
Mental: I felt in control of my choices all day and it was great.
