
Today starting midday I have 24 hours without kiddos. So my main goals are to RELAX!!
HAIR: 5.5 months post-chemo, short and dark
GOALS:
Nutrition: Water and most nutritious choice!
Exercise: Walk and legs.
Mental: Relax!!!
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Nutrition: Did well even out on a date. That’s hard.
Exercise: 30 min walk (then it started to thunder) followed by a leg circuit.
Mental: 😁
