Today was the first day of my weeklong nutrition goals. I did pretty well.
HAIR: 5.5 months post-chemo, short and dark
Nutrition: Drink more water & eat the most nutritious meal possible at each meal.
Exercise: Don’t overdo it.
Mental: Didn’t have one. Sorry.
Nutrition: Did awesome at this. Made muuuch better choices at each meal because there was always a more nutritious option and I made a point to choose it. Lots of fruit, veggies, and fish.
Exercise: Got about 9,000 steps without working out.
