
It’s Day 12 and I want to make a week-long set of nutrition goals. So starting tomorrow, my goal is two-fold: to drink more water and to make the most nutritious meal choices available at each meal.
HAIR: 5.5 months post-chemo, short and dark, still trying to figure out how One styles hair this short
GOALS:
Nutrition: Drink more water.
Exercise: Workout at the gym.
Mental: Finish getting my house in order.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Nutrition: Did well. Didn’t track (should do that), but more than normal.
Exercise: Really good gym workout. Did a 45 min elliptical workout including 20 min of intervals and finished with a leg workout.
Mental: Almost done. Feeling good.
