Day 11 of 365 Days of Health and Wellness

Day 11, I forgot to take a selfie until the very end of the day, so here is me, tired

Today, to an outsider, was a very boring day. Since I will be posting every day for a year, there will be many of those days. I thank you in advance for sticking with me.

5 months post-chemo, short and dark, but growing

Nutrition: Yogurt fiber parfait for breakfast
Exercise: Cardio at the gym
Mental: Clean the second floor

Nutrition: Vanilla yogurt with blueberries, Fiber One cereal, and walnuts
Exercise: Did not make it. My back got sore from all the cleaning. I did stretch my back which was good.
Mental: So clean. I got so much done.
