Day 8 of 365-DHW, and still going strong:
5 months post-chemo, short and dark
Nutrition: No starbucks.
Exercise: Go to gym and do strength training.
Mental: Stay calm and balanced.
Nutrition: After my workout, I really wanted a skinny caramel macchiato with extra cinnamon dolce sprinkles (it tastes like a cinnamon roll and is my favorite), but I resisted and made tea at home instead.
Exercise: Really good workout today. My instagram story has more. But here was my routine:
Warm-up on AMT (10 min)
Single Arm Cable Presses
Single Arm Cable Rows
Single Leg Triple Cone Taps
Walking on Treadmill (30 min)
Mental: My kids actually napped…at the same time…enough said.
