One week of 365-DHW down, 51 more to go!!! Thanks for being there with me. Here’s today’s breakdown:
5 months post-chemo, short and dark
Nutrition: Eat a salad for lunch.
Exercise: Don’t overdo it during the day so my back is not over-tired, and I can walk a lot at the PGA practice rounds.
Mental: Go to bed early, like 9pm early.
Nutrition: My power was out but I was able to open up the fridge ninja fast and grab my salad. Win!
Exercise: PGA success. I’m at 10,500 steps without an official workout after walking around the course.
