Day 6 of 365-DHW. Today was the day I decided I needed to organize my pantry (definitely needed it, but I really had more important things to do). But, that’s what I did today. Happy Sunday.
5 months post-chemo, short and dark
Nutrition: Make a nutritious breakfast for my family.
Mental: Spend time after dinner being more productive/useful than normal (normal is a lot of Bravo TV watching…yikes).
Nutrition: Did someone say blueberry buckwheat pancakes (with applesauce instead of oil) and everything bagel scrambled eggs and a white nectarine to share? Yes, please!
Exercise: 45 minutes on the elliptical at 4pm. Whew!
Mental: So. Much. Productivity. Actually, it’s 8:31pm and I may go to bed. But the TV is off!
