Yesterday was Day 5 of 365-DHW. As anyone with two little kids knows, Saturdays are insanely busy and I’m not even sure what I did. I literally don’t remember. Sorry for the delay. Here’s what you missed:
5 months post-chemo, short and dark
Nutrition: Don’t overindulge in dessert.
Exercise: Go to gym and do strength training.
Mental: Do something for myself, not just others.
Nutrition: I think I did medium on this. I recently brought back Seroogy’s from a trip to Wisconsin (if you don’t know about Seroogy’s, it’s only the best chocolate ever), and I ate a few more pieces than I would have preferred for this goal.
Exercise: Never got to my workout. Was a bummer. And I did not sleep as well or feel as good today as I normally do when I exercise. So, note to self, no matter what, don’t skip your workouts.
Mental: I worked very hard on my Etsy photography shop adding a variety of print sets for sale. I was very excited about this and felt very proud. Check them out!
