Today is Day 4 of 365-DHW. Was a very busy day so I’ll keep this short and sweet. Also, it’s Friday, so the shorter the better.
5 months post-chemo, short and dark
Nutrition: Eat fruit, aged gouda, and almonds. All good anti-cancer foods.
Exercise: Go to gym and do strength training.
Mental: Finish unpacking from our last trip so there isn’t stuff everywhere driving me crazy!

Exercise: 35 minutes on the elliptical (15 minutes of intervals included) and an upperbody workout including:
- Single Arm (SA) Cable Rows
- SA Cable Presses
- SA Bent-over Dumbbell Rows
- Bench Push-ups
- Triceps Push-downs
- Biceps Curls
Mental: I did a lot of it and then right as my bed was covered with everything my baby got hungry (it’s all still there…). #momlife
